Creamy, protein-packed and full of true pumpkin pie flavor! Trust me, the yogurt is necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Chia seeds:<\/strong> I like adding <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/38QJkTG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener sponsored\">chia seeds<\/a> for a boost of healthy fats and to help firm up the creaminess.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Pumpkin puree:<\/strong> please don\u2019t use pumpkin pie mix! Opt for real pumpkin here.
